Agreement

By using this website or placing an order you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them, and the date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed. An order is governed by the terms in force on the day it was placed.

Products and Descriptions

Every candle is hand poured. Colour, texture, surface finish and fragrance strength vary slightly between batches, and product photographs are indicative rather than exact. That variation is a property of the craft and is not a defect.

Weights, burn times and dimensions on a product page are approximate and measured under normal conditions. Burn time in particular depends on how the candle is used.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. The price charged is the one displayed at the moment you place the order.

Prices, offers and coupons can change without notice, and an offer that ends does not apply retrospectively to an order already placed. Payment is taken through the gateway at checkout, or in cash on delivery where that option is offered.

Order Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, not when the payment succeeds.

We may decline or cancel an order where the item is out of stock, the address cannot be served, a pricing error was published, or the order appears fraudulent. Where we do, you are refunded in full and no charge is applied to you.

Your Account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access to it.

We may suspend an account used for fraud, for abuse of our staff, or for repeated refusal of cash-on-delivery parcels.

Intellectual Property

The product photography, text, logo and design on this site belong to DHAVALKUMAR KIRITBHAI KORADIYA and may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission. You may share links to our pages freely.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the site for anything unlawful, or to resell our products as your own without a wholesale agreement.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, its systems or another customer's account.
• Scrape, copy or republish the catalogue, prices or photography.
• Post a review that is false, or that concerns a product you did not buy.

Liability

We are liable for delivering the product you ordered, in the condition described, and for the remedies set out in the Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act 2019.

Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Other Policies

The Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Cancellation Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these terms and apply to every order.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction in Gujarat.
