Do I need an account to order?

No. You can check out as a guest with just a name, a phone number and an address. An account is worth having if you reorder - it keeps your addresses and your order history in one place.

How do I know my order went through?

You land on a confirmation page with an order number that looks like SC-2026-0148, and an email follows within a few minutes. If neither arrived, check the spam folder before you order again - and if it is still missing, send us the phone number you used and we will find it.

Where is my order?

Put your order number and the phone number or email you ordered with into the track order page. No account needed, and it shows the same status we can see.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Accepted Answer

Until it is dispatched, yes - tell us quickly and we will change the address, swap a fragrance or cancel it. Once a parcel has left, cancelling becomes a return. The cancellation policy has the detail.

Can you write a gift message or leave the price off?

Ask us and we will do both by hand. There is no gift option in the checkout yet, so send us a message with the order number and what you want written.

What does shipping cost?

Free on orders above Rs 399. Below that it is a flat Rs 79 anywhere in India. The cart says which one applies to your basket before you pay, and it is the same number this sentence is built from.

How long will it take to arrive?

We pack and hand over in 1 working days, and the courier usually takes about 4 more. Every product page prints an expected date for your basket, which is the figure to trust - it is worked out from the slowest thing in it.

Do you deliver everywhere in India?

We ship pan India from Rajkot. A few remote pincodes take longer than the estimate above, and if yours is one of them we would rather tell you when you order than after. International shipping is not something we do yet.

Will the wax melt in transit?

Accepted Answer

Soy wax softens above about 45 degrees, so in peak summer a candle can arrive with a smoother top than it left with. It sets again and burns exactly the same. If it arrives genuinely deformed, that is a replacement - see returns below.

It arrived broken. What now?

Send us a photo of the piece and the box it came in, as soon as you can - WhatsApp is easiest. Breakage in transit is on us: we replace it or refund it, and you do not send anything back.

Can I return a candle I simply did not like?

Unused and in its packaging, within the window on the return policy - that page has the current window and the few things we cannot take back, and it is the version to go by rather than a number typed here.

A fragrance is not what I expected.

Scent is subjective and we do not pretend otherwise. Tell us what you were hoping for and we will suggest something closer - on a repeat order we would rather swap it than have you not light it.

How long does a refund take?

The timeline is on the return policy. Once we have approved it, the money goes back the way it came, and a bank can add a couple of days of its own on top.

What are they made of?

Accepted Answer

Soy wax, cotton wicks and skin-safe fragrance oils. No paraffin. Every product page lists the wax, the net weight and the burn time for that particular candle.

How do I get the longest burn out of one?

Burn it for two to three hours the first time so the pool reaches the edge, and trim the wick to about 5mm before every burn after that. Both are on every product page under care and safety, along with the rest of it.

Are they safe around children and pets?

A lit candle is an open flame, so it is never left unattended, never within reach of a child or a pet, and never on a surface that minds heat. Soy wax and cotton are the gentler choice, but the rule is the same as for any candle.

Why does mine look slightly different from the photo?

Because a person poured it. Colour depth, surface finish and the carve vary a little between batches, and that is the point rather than a defect. Size, weight and fragrance do not vary.

Can I ask for a colour or fragrance that is not listed?

Usually yes, on anything more than a piece or two. Tell us the design and what you want changed and we will say whether it is possible and what it costs.

How can I pay?

The checkout shows every method available on your order, and cash on delivery is one of them. Whatever is listed there is what we can take today.

Is cash on delivery available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, on orders up to Rs 5,000. Any handling fee for it is shown in the order summary before you confirm, never added afterwards.

Do prices include GST?

Yes. Every price on the shop is the MRP, inclusive of all taxes, and the cart breaks the tax out so you can see it before you pay.

Can I get a GST invoice with my company's GSTIN?

Yes. Every order gets an invoice you can download from your account, and for a business order we put your GSTIN on it so the input credit is yours to claim - send it to us with the order number.

Do you sell at dealer prices?

Yes, to shops, distributors, gifting companies and online sellers. The wholesale page has the terms and the application form - a GSTIN is the one requirement.

What is the minimum wholesale order?

The figure is in the terms strip on the wholesale page, along with the entry quantity and the payment terms. One copy of that number, in one place.

Can you put our logo on the candles or the boxes?

That is corporate gifting - branded boxes, your label on the jar, hampers for Diwali and employee kits. Tell us the quantity and the date on that page and we will quote it.

Yes, and it is the order we enjoy most. Use the gifting form and say the date - lead time is the thing that decides what is possible.
